Our story
Most of our clients found us the same way: they needed someone to own the books, not another login to a platform. Textual handed us their entire accounting function. Sweet Logic came to us behind and needed a cleanup. Native English Institute wanted a bookkeeper who would simply communicate.
That kind of work depends on knowing the business, so we keep the team small enough that every client knows who is doing their books. Jonathan is a CPA in the Philippines with an FMVA in financial modeling, and everyone on the team, Jonathan included, holds the Intuit Bookkeeping Certification.
We work from the Philippines for clients in the US, by video call and email. We aren’t a US CPA firm and don’t pretend to be. We do the books, do them properly, and hand your CPA a clean file at year-end.
What we stand for
Every account is reconciled, every month. We'd rather flag a question than guess at a category, and we document what we change.
We aim to reply within one business day. Your bookkeeper knows your business, so you never have to explain it twice.
Reports should answer questions, not create them. We explain what moved, why it moved, and what to watch next.
