A client relationship begins only when we both sign a written proposal or engagement letter.
Our services and engagement letters
The scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities for any work we do are set out in a written proposal or engagement letter. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms or with descriptions on this website, the engagement letter takes priority.
Service standards described on this website, such as target close dates and response times, are goals we work toward, not guarantees, unless they are written into your engagement letter.
Professional credentials
Bontile Bookkeeping Services provides bookkeeping and financial reporting services. We are not a licensed CPA firm in the United States and do not provide audit, attest, legal or US income tax return services. Professional credentials listed for team members, including CPA (Philippines), were issued in the Philippines and do not authorize public accounting practice in the United States.
Fees, cancellations and refunds
All fees are agreed in writing before work starts. Billing, cancellation and refund terms are explained in our Refund Policy and your engagement letter.
Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any connected systems.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including through automated scraping or excessive requests.
- Submit someone else's personal information without their permission.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and our logo on this website belong to Bontilebiz or are used under license, and may not be copied or reused without our permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links.
